Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Charging-back or opening a PayPal dispute will result in a permanent removal from our game servers.

 TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing and using Crescent Kingdom’s virtual store, services, information, and any related offerings, you (the user) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement , as well as those specified in our Privacy Policy (which can be found below). Please read both documents carefully before proceeding.

 I  - All purchases made on Crescent Kingdom’s  virtual store are final. Our products consist exclusively of virtual goods that have no physical counterparts and are not redeemable or usable in the real world. As such, we maintain a strict no-refunds and no-chargebacks policy. Exceptions to this policy are rare and require a special agreement, which must be documented and mutually agreed upon by both you (the user) and Crescent Kingdom’s  Administration Team.

 II - Any attempt to bypass or circumvent our refund and chargeback policy by initiating a chargeback request through your credit card company or payment provider will result in immediate and permanent blacklisting from all Crescent Kingdom  services. Such actions may also prompt a comprehensive investigation, potentially involving law enforcement authorities, due to the serious nature of fraudulent activity.

 III  - Crescent Kingdom  is not liable for any virtual items purchased by you or a third party that are subsequently lost due to in-game events. These events include, but are not limited to:

• A server punishment such as a permanent ban, mute, or other disciplinary actions.
• In-game deaths caused by players, mobs, or natural causes like starvation, fall damage, etc.

 IV  - Crescent Kingdom  reserves the right to modify, refine, fix, or remove any perks, features, elements, and contents of the purchasable goods and packages, both in the virtual store and in-game, at any time. While such changes are uncommon, they may occur if deemed necessary by Crescent Kingdom’s  administration team.

 V  - In the event that any of Crescent Kingdom’s  game modes are permanently shut down, no refunds will be issued for any purchases associated with those game modes.

 VI - You must be at least 18 years old or have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian to make any purchases or payments in our online store. 

 VII  - Before making any purchases from our online store, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including details about the credit card or payment provider (name, address, etc.). By accepting these terms, you confirm that the information provided is correct and current.

 VIII  - We do not take any liability for our online goods being sold by third party users.

 IX  - No information obtained from Crescent Kingdom’s  online store or any third party constitutes a guarantee, warranty, or agreement of any kind, except as explicitly stated in these terms and conditions.

 X  - Purchasing virtual goods from our online store for someone else is prohibited unless you have their explicit and personal permission to do so.

 XI  - You are responsible for ensuring that the correct username is entered for the package you are purchasing. If you accidentally enter an incorrect username, please contact us immediately through our Discord at [discord.gg/invite/crescentkingdom] or email us at [support@crescentkingdom.com], and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 XII  - You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Crescent Kingdom  is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

 XIII  - By using Crescent Kingdom’s  services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any fraudulent or illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities

 PRIVACY POLICY 

Your privacy is important to us. Any information you provide, whether shared publicly or privately, will not be sold, exchanged, or transferred to any other company for commercial or personal purposes without your explicit consent. The information will only be used for processing payments, addressing issues, and delivering purchased packages.
